Mystery object to whiz by Earth.

Although not my typical post, it is interesting to think that we have invented so many amazing things and yet we cannot determine what an item is that is hurtling towards the planet (albeit this one is going to miss).

Yet, we can have washing machines and microwaves which play the television, or even a webcam that looks like a robot!
